Following is a comprehensive list of the various symptoms I
dealt with during the period when the level of toxic mold fungi was
high in my body. I had several up and downs in those levels during
the next few years. The symptoms went up and down in direct
parallel to the level of toxic mold fungi in my body, along with
other environmental factors. As a result of my experiences, and my
extensive research, I feel confident as to which symptoms were
related to my toxic mold exposures. At risk of
embarrassing myself, I reveal personal details about health
symptoms I experienced, in the hope other people will recognize
those same symptoms they are also experiencing. Thereby considering
the possibility they too are experiencing some degree of exposure
to toxic mold fungi in their body, from their
environment.
I used to depend on my
doctors for decisions regarding my health. But, this experience
demonstrated the fact that it is truly a medical PRACTICE. There
are a LOT of things most doctors do not really know about the human
body, the human mind and the inter-connections between them.
Medical knowledge is a constantly evolving arena. What appears to
be the truth today may not necessarily be the whole truth tomorrow.
New discoveries are occuring all the time. Information from studies
is manipulated for monetary profits.
Each of us is the one who
is going to have to deal with whatever health problems we
personally encounter. So, each of us need to gather as much
information from as many good resources as we can, including
various doctors, in order to make the best health decisions which
affect ourselves and our bodies. Ultimately we alone are
responsible for our own health. We should also learn to listen
better to the communcations being given to us by our subconscious
communication network. They come in the form of health symptoms of
pain, pressure, and other sensations. They also come to us in
various feelings and emotions.
I revisited my personal journals and medical records, to
compile the following list of symptoms. I experienced the following
symptoms at various levels of intensity, directly correlating to
the level of toxic mold in my body. They have diminished,
resurfaced, and disappeared in direct correllation to increases and
decreases of toxic mold fungi in my body.
Fog Brain
-
It felt like my head was full of spider webs, making it
very hard even to just think. It was very difficult to even form
thoughts. I believe this was from the immune
complexes interrupting blood flow through the smaller capillaries of the
brain, and the mycotoxic effects on the brain/neurological systems.
Once I reduced the level of toxic mold fungi in my body I no longer
experienced disabling fog brain.
Sometimes I would feel fog brain start to come back, during
periods of higher mold spores in my breathing environment. This can
occur inside or outside. During the Spring to Summer and the Summer
to Fall transition periods the level of mold outside can be a
thousand times greater than the pollen counts. During these
seasonal transition periods the weather oscillates back and forth
from wet to dry to wet. When it is wet the mold grows. When it is
dry the mold sporulates, sending millions of spores into the air to
seek out the moisture they need to grow. Global warming is
exasperating the problem further helping mold to grow faster. These
seasonal transition periods are pumping dramatically higher levels
of mold into our breathing environment each year. The allergy
seasons are starting earlier, lasting longer and have more
intensity almost every year.
Headache Problems
-
I experienced chronic pain in my head. At times the
headaches got so bad I could hardly see to drive. Sometimes the
pressure was so intense it felt like my brain was going to swell
right out of my skull. When I was in bed laying on my right side,
it would feel like someone was putting their hand against my left
temple area and pulling the skin upwards towards the top of my
head. It caused dizziness, nausea, and occasional 'visual blacking
out'. I would get sharp pains in the left rear of my brain, which
scared and concerned me. It felt like it might be a warning of an
impending stroke. I started taking aspirin as soon as I feel the
sensation of a momentary blockage/release. The aspirin would thin
the blood, enabling it to get around the immune
complexblockages of the smaller capillaries. This is why aspirin is
effective for stroke prevention. But, I only use aspirin
occassionally when I feel the sensation of momentary blockages
impeding blood flow.
It is very important to remember that this allows the
blood to flow more freely throughout the body, with both the good
and the bad elements within your blood. If the immune system is
intentionally using these immune complexes to slow down invading
microbes, such as mold fungi, from reaching other parts of the
body, then by thinning the blood, and allowing them to get past
these blockages, we may be circumventing defensive efforts of the
immune defense system. If your blood is full of destructive and
degenerative elements you don't want them roaming throughout the
body without any containment. If the blood is full of only growth
and generative elements that is a different story. I believe this
sheds light on how some people who exercise regularly still end up
with serious diseases and ailments. It is important to know what
elements are in your blood, before you start pumping it through
your body at a faster rate. But, then again, it is very important
to make sure oxygenated blood gets from the arteries, through ALL
the blood capillaries, to the cells and tissues with the oxygen
required for them to live.
Lightheadedness -
Sometimes to the point of almost passing out. One time it
was so bad I had to keep in touch with my daughter on the cell
phone while I drove home, in case I passed out. When I got to the
doctor's office my face looked like I had gotten a sunburn while
wearing sunglasses. Around my eyes my skin was flesh colored. The
rest of my face was bright red. They took an EKG, my pulse, my
blood pressure, and my temperature. All those came up relatively
normal. In spite of my raccoon face, they were unable to figure out
what was wrong with me. I now know it was related to the blockages
of the smaller capillaries by the immune complexes.
During this period I lost the GPS ability I had in my head, which
enabled me to instinctively know which direction was north, about
90% of the time. That ability had also enabled me to recognize
places I had been before, even if I came in from a totally
different direction. It was like having a photographic mind for
places I had been. I really missed that ability. When I lost that
ability, sometimes I would look up not knowing where I was.
Fortunately I got that back once I reduced the level of mold fungi
in my body, which in turn reduced the level of
immune
complexescirculating in my blood stream, getting lodged and blocking
circulation of blood through smaller blood
capillaries.
Memory Problems -
If you interrupted me in the middle of a sentence, I was unable
to remember what we were talking about. I had always been an
excellent speller. I couldn't remember how to spell words, even
simple words. Automatic spelling ability would disappear in
mid-word. I could not remember the names of people I had known for
years. I would have trouble finding words I would normally use
often in speaking. When writing I would have to run through
different words, trying to find one that would accurately described
the experiences and/or memories. Sometimes I would think one word,
only to write down a different word. I lost an expensive piece of
equipment, and did not even remember getting it back from the
repair shop. I also lost other personal equipment. I would
constantly go into another room to do something, only to forget
what I went in there for. I suffered from absentmindedness. When I
was writing, I would have to write as fast as I could, before I
forgot what I was going to write. When I was talking, I would try
not to let people interrupted me, for fear of forgetting what I was
going to say. Upon meeting other mold exposure patients, I have
found this to be very common amongst mold exposure patients.
Unfortunately, this makes it very difficult to have a normal
conversation. I attribute these symptoms to the immune complexes
inhibiting blood from getting to the brain tissues at a blood flow
rate sufficient for the brain to stay generative and fuction
normally. Without normal flow rates of oxygenated blood to the
cells and tissues they are deprived of normal oxygen levels
required for the tissues to stay generative. Without normal levels
of oxygen the cells and tissues start to die and degenerate. You
also have the damaging effects of the mycotoxins on the brain and
neurological system.
Comprehension and Concentration Problems -
Trying to research and understand medical information was a
very difficult and frustrating process during that period. Trying
to learn how to use the Internet was difficult. After I got to a
site, I couldn't remember how I had gotten there. It was difficult
to form complete sentences or complete thoughts. It was hard to
concentrate. I could only do one thing at a time, and would have
trouble doing that. A few years ago I used to work at a job where I
was doing three or four things simultaneously, all day long. Once I
was finally properly diagnosed by Dr. Marinkovich, and started
anti-fungal protocols, I headed down the road to regaining my good
health. And I got my mind back. In fact my mind is now functioning
better than it has ever functioned during my entire 50 some years
on this planet we call Earth.
Anxiety and Irritability
-
I experienced extreme anxiety and irritability that could
easily escalate me from complete calm to near confrontation in a
matter of minutes. This would shut down my brain to where I could
not think at all. At one point the anxiety got so strong I went to
the doctor thinking I was having a nervous breakdown. As a result
of experiencing these symptoms, and my extensive research, I now
strongly feel mold fungi can play a significant role in a
percentage of domestic abuse and domestic violence cases,
especially in homes where there are abnormally high levels of mold
fungi, with their brain/neurological damaging mycotoxins. I want to
coordinate a Domestic Violence Project where the participants of
domestic abuse and/or violence are tested for mold fungi levels in
their bodies and their environments. I'm confident the results will
be very significant. The study could then be taken one step further
to other forms of violence, including contributing to the state of
mind of some of the fanatical terrorists. You may think this far
fetched until you read about the African/Saharan dust storms that
now bring hundreds of millions of tons of dust each year across the
Atlantic from the African/Middle East area to the Carribean Islands
and Southern United States areas. These dust storms have gotten so
bad that they now warn people on the TV and radio when they are
approaching. Emergency rooms fill up with asthma and other
respiratory problems. The hitchhikers in these dust storms include
grasshoppers/locusts and microbes of viruses, bacteria and mold
fungi at levels 20 times higher than normal in these areas. These
aspergillus mold fungi have mycotoxins that effect the brain and
nervous systems. One of the aspergillus species is what degenerated
my health so drastically.
Coordination -
My normally good coordination was definitely compromised. Just
prior to my severe mold exposure I was on a stunt team which
performed a live-action Wild West Show. I performed axe handle
fight scenes which required good hand/eye coordination, especially
working with martial art experts. We used a lot of pyrotechnics in
the show. Propane mortars and explosions were going off throughout
the show. Poor coordination and timing could get you seriously
injured. I did the fire stunt for the team. As the western town's
mine was about to blow up, I would run out of it on fire and run
across in front of the crowd. As soon as I felt the heat starting
to penetrate my duster I would do my shoulder roll, and a couple of
sideways rolls, to put the fire out. Coordination and timing was
absolutely necessary to prevent serious injury. During the worst
period of my mold exposure, after being given the antibiotic
Keflex, (a concentrated dose of mold fungal sent in to battle the
bacteria), my coordination went downhill very fast. I could not
walk across the room without tripping over my own feet, unless I
concentrated on it. I became an uncoordinated klutz, constantly
misjudging and hurting myself throughout the day. I lost count, it
happened so often.
Vision Problems -
I experienced a lot of blurry vision. At times I would notice
it seemed to be pulsating from blurry to more blurry, then back to
regular blurry. My vision degenerated considerably during this
period. I had to have my eyes examined for stronger glasses. They
say that when you hit 40, your eyesight goes. I now consider that
standard answer to be a cop out. The underlying causation of visual
degeneration is where the truth resides. And I believe, after what
I experienced, that one of the underlying causations of visual
impairment is the action of the immune complexes blocking adequate
flow rates of blood from getting through some of the smaller
capillaries to cells and tissues of the optic system, and resulting
pressures on the optic nerves. My vision is very stable now without
that pulsating thing going on.
Eye Problems -
Eye sensitivities made me very sensitive to bright lights,
similar to when you have a migraine headache. Bright sunlight would
give me a headache. My eyes were often dry and itchy. I'm not yet
understanding the sensitivity to bright lights. But, it probably is
in the arena of the migraine headaches I experienced during that
period of high mold fungi concentrations in my body. I believe my
migraines were caused by the immune complexes restricting proper
blood flow of oxygenated blood from getting through the smaller
capillaries of the brain and optic systems to their tissues, in
order for them to stay generative. Like when you tie a string or
wrap a rubber band around your finger, cutting off the circulation,
when the blood deprived tissues are facing degeneration and death,
they send your conscious brain the communication of pain, in an
attempt to get your attention to correct the degenerative
condition. The dry itchy eyes are caused by the mold fungi robbing
your body, including your eyes, of their moisture. Mold fungi
require heat, a food source of biological material, and moisture,
in order to survive and grow. They will get that from wherever they
find it, including your body and your eyes. With their
concentration levels in the air at 10-100 times greater numbers
than pollens, you can be sure that they are getting onto your eyes,
enjoying finding some moisture and drying out your eyes in the
process. This of course stimulates your tear ducts to water in an
attempt to replace the moisture being sucked up by the mold spores.
And with them getting into the tear ducts they end up getting into
those tissues and degenerating them.
Scalp Sensitivity -
The dehydrating effects of the mold fungals dried out my scalp,
manifesting a dandruff condition. My scalp became so sensitive that
it hurt to rub the shampoo into my hair, especially if I used my
fingernails. My scalp felt all prickly, like someone had poured
acid on my scalp. My face and neck also felt that way sometimes. It
felt like there were little scabs all over my scalp, like some
microbial bugs were nesting there. With regular scabs theycover the
area as it heals. then you can remove them. But, these kept coming
back.
Skin Problems -
My skin was sensitive and itchy all over. It felt like
thousands of tiny, annoying needles. At times it felt like there
were microbial bugs crawling on or under my skin. I thought maybe I
had scabees or something. I showered more often. I experienced
chronic rashes between my thumb and forefinger on both hands, to
the point it's started to scar. These rashes appeared right on top
of where pain was. I thought spiders were biting me there at night.
Other rashes were coming and going on different parts of my body.
At the beginning of the exposure I went to my first doctor's
appointment in five years, thinking I had gotten into some poison
oak. I noticed that my perspiration smelled like yeast(a mold
fungi). This led me to looking at sweating the mold fungals out of
the body as one form of mold fungal reduction. I've been looking at
the uses of Swedish saunas and traditional Native American sweat
lodges. I believe the Native American sweat lodges played a key
role in preventing them from being more effected by the mold fungi
in their environments. It is nearly impossible to get mold fungi
out of leather and animal skins, if they get wet and mold. More on
the diseases and conditions the Native American populations suffer
from, at disproportionately higher rates, later in the Native
American section(coming soon). The actual meaning of the Willamette
Valley, where I grew up and now live, is 'Valley of Illness' or
'Valley of Death'.
The skin problems are caused by several of the effects of mold
fungi, both internally and externally, from both directions.
Internally mold fungi dehydrate our bodies as they suck the
moisture out of us for their own use. The dehydrating effects are
worsened further by the generally under hydrated condition most of
us subject our bodies to, and the caffeine and alcohol drinks we
consume. Alcohol is fermented(aged, molded) grains and fruits which
dehydrate our bodies. They often add the mold fungi of yeast(a
light bulb should go on especially for the ladies) is often added
to the fermenting grains and fruits to speed up the aging, molding
process of fermentation. Alcohol is dehydrating. Mold fungi are
dehydrating. When there is not enough moisture in our bodies to
reach the outer limbs, our scalp, feet, hands and skin dry out
first. The mold fungi from the air which land on your skin also are
sucking up the moisture from the surface of your skin. As your skin
dries out several problems occur. The pores in your skin dry up and
close. They are no longer able tp perspire the poisonous toxins out
of your body at the rate required by your body to stay healthy and
generative. Your skin is your protective layer to help protect your
body from the many microbial invaders wanting to invade your body.
As your skin dries out it cracks your protective barrier, allowing
microbial invaders to enter your skin and tissues. A very important
defensive perimeter has been broken through and
compromised.
Nose Problems -
Bloody noses would come out of nowhere, or there would be blood
when I blew my nose. My nose would tickle making me sneeze a lot of
the time. I had a constant problem of sinus congestion and sinus
pressure. My sensitivities to smell were altered. Some senses of
smell were diminished, while others were increased. I always had a
good sense of smell, since I don't smoke cigarettes. But, that
period heightened my sense of smell to an acute level. I started
smelling things that I never had smelled before. Either people's
lack of good hygiene had increased, or my sense of smell had become
more acute. During those periods of high mold fungal accumulations
my perspiration would smell like yeast. So, I now realize much of
people's bodily odors are the result of mold fungal accumulations
in their bodies. I became sensitized to smelling moldy and rotten
stuff. It's the body's way of communicating to you that the 'glass'
is full of elements it doesn't want any more of. I can smell
cigarettes being smoked in cars four or five car lengths ahead of
me. Exhaust from cars or yard blowers makes me nauseated. Diesel
exhaust really gets to me.
Ear Problems -
I had earaches on a continual basis. It became my norm. My ears
were always in a great deal of pain, effecting my equilibrium. My
ears usually had a prickly feeling. With all the mold fungi spore
in the air a lot of them end up in our ears. The ear wax inside our
ears serves to dampen loud noises and catch the pieces of leaves,
dust, pollens, and mold fungi spores from the air that enters our
ears, both while we are awake and while we sleep. The ears are very
adaptive. If you are around loud noises they will produce more wax
to dampen the loud noises. If larger quantities of microbres like
mold fungi are saturating the wax they will produce more wax to try
to contain them, to protect the sensitive skin of the inner ear
from them. The skin on the inner ear very slowly moves to the
outside of the ear like a slow moving conveyor belt, taking the
saturated wax out. But when conditions of high volumes of mold
fungi spores are saturating the wax at a rate faster than the ears
are capable of handling several problems occur. The ears are
producing so much wax that the ears start getting plugged up,
interfering with hearing abilities. The ears become unable to
capture the incoming mold fungi spores and prevent their landing on
and effecting the sensitive skin of the inner ears.
Hearing Sensitivities -
Sometimes it was very difficult to hear. Other times my hearing
became so sensitive sharp noises would feel like they were piercing
my brain. One time while I was at a major electronics store, I had
to interrupt myself from talking to the salesman, to leave the
store. The sound of the back-up beeping from the forklift, in the
inventory section behind the wall divider, pierced my eardrums so
bad that it was too painful to stay in the store. Other times I
would be listening to the radio, and it would seem like they were
yelling. Sometimes at work, it sounded like people were yelling at
me when they were not. I got to where I hated noise. Noise really
tensed me and my neck up real bad. It irritated me soooooo much I
would feel like screaming, and going off. If it was the radio or
television, I would tolerate it as long as I could. Then I would
say; "Sorry! But, I just can't handle that!!". Then I would turn it
off. The only way I could work on my research, or any other work,
was in a quiet environment. Sometimes at work I would have to do my
morning paperwork in my supervisor's office, where it was quiet. My
hearing became selective. On one hand, I was gradually losing my
hearing. If a person talked to me, amongst other voices or noise, I
could not separate their voice from the other voices or noise. I
got so tired of saying "what? ", that I often acted as if I had
heard them. This sometimes got me in trouble. I thought it was just
because I was getting older. The standard answer from doctors
regarding problems with hearing and seeing when you are over 40 is,
"you are getting older". On the other hand, during certain periods,
sharp noises would bring excruciating pain. When there was no
background noise I could hear surprisingly well, even if the person
was in the other room. The ringing of phones was quite irritating.
They made me feel like throwing them across the room.
Asthma and other Respiratory Problems-
Since I had never had a problem with asthma before, I did not
recognize asthma symptoms as being asthma symptoms. It was just
hard to take deep breaths sometimes. I would feel a great deal of
tightness and anxiety in my chest, like someone had just scared me,
causing me to gasp. It felt like a smothering feeling. I
interpretted them as anxiety attacks. There were times when it was
hard to breathe at all. The Aspergillus mold fungi were colonized
in my lungs, reducing my lung capacity, as was demonstrated by the
respiratory tests Dr. Marinkovich performed. Plus when you are
sensitized to various smells your body finds to be unpleasant you
tend to get into the habit of taking shallower breaths. This only
assists the mold fungi as they degenerate tissues in your lungs.
Tissues need oxygen to live. When they don't get sufficient
quantities of quality oxygen the tissues degenerate and die,
assisting the mold fungi as they perform their assigned job of
deconstructing, decomposing, and degenerating all biological matter
down to their basic elements, and recycling them back to Mother
Nature.
Sinuses, Glands, Throat, Neck Problems -
The excessive volumes of mold fungi in my breathing
environments filled every part of my respiratory and sinus
systems. The glands in my neck were always swollen because they were
full of mold fungi. They filled the sinus channels in my neck
giving me a chronic stiff, tense neck. I never knew that fungal
congestion could cause your neck to feel so tight. It is like
pouring sand or a bunch of beans into a sock, making it very stiff.
I thought it was from stress tension. I was constantly self
massaging it, stretching it to the right, stretching it to the
left, using cold packs and hot packs, in an attempt to relax it.
Everything brought only temporary relief, because it wasn't tension
from stress. It wasn't the muscles. Stress and tension combined
with the already existing stiffness to make it more tense, more
stiff, pushing it past very tense to unbearable. But, that was
because I was experiencing the combined effects of both the
stiffness of the sinuses being packed full, and the tension of the
muscles filling with blood from stress. Put them together and there
is no more room in your neck for you, or normal circulation of
blood and oxygen, essentially choking you. And that is the
sensation you actually feel. I usually felt like I was on the verge
of throwing up. Even the intensity of writing could tense up my
neck. A lot of the pain and tension was centered at the base of the
brainstem. It felt like someone was putting their hand around the
back of my neck and squeezing real hard, strangling me, feeling
like my throat was closing, causing extreme anxiety and a
claustrophobic feeling. Flem would form in my throat, leading to
coughing. Sometimes I would spit up blood. It would get to the
point where it was hard to swallow. It was like that 24 hours a
day, leaving me nauseated. This made it hard to breathe. I was not
able to wear shirts or ties that were tight around the neck. If I
turned my head real fast, it would feel like I pulled or tore a
muscle. That would also aggravate the tension in my
neck.
Mouth Problems -
With the dehydrating effects of the mold fungals, they suck the
moisture right out of you for their own use. Dry mouth and chapped
lips became a perpetual problem. I had cotton mouth most of the
time. If I had known then when I know now, I could have countered a
lot of this problem by just drinking more good quality water, to
counter their effects.
Dental Problems -
During this period big chunks of my teeth would break off. It
appeared that the mold fungals would deteriorate the area around
the fillings in my teeth, weakening the structure of the tooth.
During the worst period, I had two big chunks break off within a
two-week period. But when you think about it, it make sense. If you
leave food out on the counter, it will grow mold on it. If you
leave food on or in between your teeth, it will grow there too. So,
it makes sense that if your body is high in mold fungals, your
teeth and gums will be affected more so.
Jaw Tremulation -
My teeth would chatter like one of those toy jaws, that you
wind up and watch it chatter across the table. The intensity of the
vibration would vary, depending on the level of mold fungals in my
body. It would be aggravated further by stress or physical
activity. For a short time I agreed to take tranquilizers. They did
not help the jaw tremulation. If I took the tranquilizer before
going to sleep, I would still wake up in the morning with my teeth
chattering. At times the vibration would get so intense I would
categorize it as violent, as it would shake my whole head. When it
would get that intense it made it very difficult to chew food. At
other times the jaw tremulation would stay at a murmur. This is the
one symptom I have not been able to eliminate. It usually stays at
a low murmur level, which I mask into the background. But it is
still there, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This appears to be
some sort of neurological damage from the mycotoxins. Sometimes
when I drink an alcoholic drink(aged, molded grains and/or fruits)
I experience extreme stabbing pains in the hinge of my jaw. It is
like many needles are being poked into it all at the same time. It
makes me tend to stay away from alcohol. One time when it occured I
put some of my nizoral/chromolyn sodium anti-fungal nose spray into
my mouth. I tipped my head so it puddled up against the area of
pain. After a few minutes the pain went away.
Arthritic Pain -
I experienced arthritic pain in my thumbs, fingers, wrists,
elbow's, arms, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, and sometimes my
toes. The aching pain would made them so tender, even mild pressure
would bring sharp pain to them. This pain was especially acute in
areas of previous injuries which had scar tissue. Both thumbs felt
like they were sprained or dislocated, making it very difficult to
take my socks off. It felt like my bones were being
attacked.
Hand Problems -
My hands, especially my left hand, would tremble all the time.
My handwriting reminded me of my father's jerky handwriting, as he
slowly died from Parkinsons. I thought I was getting Parkinsons
early. I would forget how to form the letters, making several
attempts before getting it right. I had difficulty reading my own
handwriting. I experienced numbness and tingling in my hands and
fingers, the left greater than the right. Strength in my hands was
diminished considerably. My left hand developed a growth deformity
between my thumb and my wrist, which I still have today.
Arm Problems -
My left arm would go numb while I slept on my right side. My
left arm would also manifest numbness and tingling even when I was
not sleeping. I believe this was due to the immune complex dams
interfering with the flow rate of the circulatory system, and its
ability to get blood to the higher portions of the body. Arm
strength was diminished considerably. At one point my forearms lost
about two thirds of their strength, making it difficult and painful
to lift things, like my 10 pound toolbox.
Back Problems -
There was a lot of pressure in my back, running up to the top
of my head. I experienced periodic numbness in my back over my
kidneys, with tenderness along my spine. My back had a lot of
tightness. A large lump grew on my back, and would get sharp pains
in it. During the worst period, my back would have muscle spasms
throughout it, that would then shimmer throughout my body. Sharp
pains would set in to the back part of my shoulder
joints.
Leg Problems -
I had problems with numbness in my legs, especially at night.
Any clothes that were tight against my skin would inhibit
circulation to that area, causing numbness. My socks would do this.
When I took my socks off, there would be indentations from them on
my legs. From that point up, my legs would appear to be swollen
compared to where the socks had been. The immune complexes were
already impeding the flow rate of the blood circulation. Any kind
of restricting pressure on the skin further impeded the blood
circulation. The arthritic pain in my knees at one point made me
feel like I was walking on wooden legs, that I just threw forward
as I walked. I quite often experienced what they call 'Restless Leg
Syndrome'. I'd be sitting in a chair, or trying to sleep at night,
when the anxious feeling in my legs, then the rest of my body,
would grow so intense I had to get up and walk around to
keep from going nuts.
Feet Problems -
Athletes foot on a periodic basis. Toes, especially the big
ones, would often go numb and get cold. The big toenails showed
signs of fungal nails, with the nails turning slightly yellowish
white, instead of the the translucent pink of healthy nails. As the
nails on my big toes grew out, you could actually see a very
defined line between the portion of the nail which grew during
higher mold fungal levels, and the portion of the nail which grew
after I reduced the level of mold fungals in my body.
Muscle Problems -
Ongoing muscle spasms in my back and legs. They would vary in
intensity from very subtle to sudden twitching and muscle spasms
that would shimmer throughout my body, at irregular
intervals.
Nausea Problems -
Acute nausea problems on an ongoing basis. At times the painful
waves of nausea were more intense than any nausea I had experienced
in my life.
Stomach Problems -
I experienced a constant feeling of nausea. Bloating gave me a
general sense of fullness, which also reduced my appetite. The
bloating enlargement of my stomach, and my lack of appetite,
appeared to be a contradiction. But, when the mold fungal of yeast
is combined with the sugars inside your body, it can create
fermentation action similar to the fermentation of beer and wine.
They add yeast and sugars to grains and fruits, to ferment them
into beer and wine. Gases are created inflating the balloon on top
of the fermentation container. I did a lot of farting during that
period, releasing those gases. I have to wonder how accurate
alcohol sobriety tests are in distinguishing bodily produced
alcohols from recently consumed alcohols. Once, after stopping to
ask a police officer a question, I was called back from returning
to my car, only to be given the first sobriety test of my life. I
rarely drink. I had not had a drink in many weeks. Yet, they kept
asking me how much I'd had to drink. I believe it was due to the
way I was walking, which was the result of the effects of the mold
fungals on the equilibrium of my body. The research regarding the
effects of alcohol on the human body, including fetal alcohol
syndrome, can be directly applied to the study of how mold fungals
effect the human body. I believe the mold fungals, as the engineers
of degeneration, play a significant role in birth defects. During
pregnancy a new human being is being generated, at the same time as
a high level of mold fungals are attempting to complete their task
of deconstructing and degenerating biological material. It is like
trying to construct a home while a destruction crew is trying to
deconstruct the same home. I believe in the end they will find mold
fungals play a significant role in birth defects and childhood
conditions such as autism. In fact, I have now met people whose
children developed autism as a result of their homes becoming
infested with mold. So, I have very little respect for people who
try to tell me that mold fungals don't harm you! I equate this kind
of attitude to them being an ostrich, talking out the side of their
mouth, while their head is inside a hole in the ground. Profit
oriented corporations, and their supporters, insisted asbestos was
not harmful to you for many years.
Chronic Fatigue -
The chronic fatigue got so bad that even writing in my journal
left me sweating. It was all I could do just to get through a day
at work, to bring home a paycheck to pay the bills. The only other
choice was to become homeless. Not an attractive option, especially
when you have children depending on you, and you need health
insurance more than ever. I learned about physical endurance while
I trained as a long-distance runner in high school. But nothing can
prepare you for this kind of chronic fatigue. The mold fungals are
sucking the moisture and nutrients right out of you for their own
use. The mycotoxins they generate to kill off their competitors
harm your brain and nervous system. The resulting anxiety and
irritability makes it very difficult to get a good night's sleep,
leading to the effects of sleep deprivation, further disabling your
body's ability to function properly. The exhaustion exasperates the
symptoms. A vicious cycle is established. Chronic fatigue is the
manifested symptom of your body having to work so hard to fight off
all these invasive and degenerative actions. I was always tired,
constantly fighting back sleepiness. My friends got some good
laughs though, as I would routinely fall asleep sitting up, as we
were watching a movie. I would wake up to their amused smiles, as
they watched my head bob up and down, trying to keep from nodding
off.
Urinary Problems -
Periodic blood in the urine. Periodic blockages in the urinary
tract. A reoccurring small rash on the tip of my penis motivated me
to get checked for sexually transmitted diseases. Fortunately, they
were negative. My testicles would sometimes get sharp pains in
them, concerning me about the possibility of prostate
cancer.
Colon Problems -
I suffered from constipation, diarrhea, painful bowel
movements, chronic anal itching, bleeding, and rash, along with
bloody stools. Basically, Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Quite often my
colon would cramp and spasm with sharp pain. This made me concerned
about colon cancer.
Circulation Problems -
I had periodic numbness in my ears, face, shoulders, arms,
fingers, back, legs, feet, and toes. When I laid down at night I
would suddenly get overly warm and start sweating. For a few
minutes it was like the blood had rushed to my head. Perhaps
gravity was assisting the blood to rush past the immune complex
blockages of the smaller capillaries in the circulatory system.
Capillaries are like little tunnels or noodles, through which blood
and other elements flow. The immune complexes are of a size which
can block the smaller capillaries. Sometimes my skin would have a
prickly feeling in varying areas, especially my ears.
Cholesterol Problems -
For the first time in my life, to my recollection, I
experienced high cholesterol levels.
Injuries and Wounds -
They healed very, very slowly. Bruises would appear with no
apparent reason. This brings to mind different women I dated over
the years who told me how easily they would bruise, also sometimes
with no apparent reason. Now I wonder.... Once I greatly reduced
the level of mold fungals in my body, I started healing incredibly
fast, in comparison. But that only makes sense. If the blood, with
it's generative construction, repair, and maintenance crews, are
not able to circulate to all the parts of the body at the
required flow rate, the substandard condition will leave those
tissues vulnerable to damage. Without blood there is no
life. This applies whether you are talking about your whole
body, your organs, tissues, or cells.
Witching Rod Failure -
I have the ability to find water lines with two
copper rods. I've always figured that ability had to do with
electrical conductivity through my body. Now only the right side
still works. The left side, with the hand that used to shake a lot,
no longer works. I believe the mold fungals compromised that
somehow. Especially now that I have studied the effects of the
solar flares on the electromagnetic fields here on Earth. I was
quite intrigued when I found out that all the recorded pandemics in
history can be correlated to periods of high solar flare activity.
I have personally experienced those ill effects on my body during
the unusually high solar flare activities of January, May, August,
September, and November, 2005. I also believe they may have
contributed to the sudden, unexpected deaths of several well-known
personalities during 2005. These particular ones were such good
people. Their seemingly tireless devotion to truth, justice, and
the betterment of humankind, will be missed very much! It brought
tears to my eyes, that gently rolled down my cheeks and onto my
desk, just thinking about the loss of these particular people. It
is such a loss for all of us. With a sensitized body in good health
I can feel any changes to it. Then, in a quest to identify the
reason for any changes in my body I can check on the NASA or SOHO
web sites for the latest solar flare activity, usually confirming
my suspicions. But, more on that later in the electromagnetivity
section.
Sleep Problems -
Anxiety usually prevented me from getting more than about five
hours of sleep per night. Which only aggravated the anxiety and the
sleepiness problems. Without adequate sleep, to receive the amount
of REM the body requires, the body becomes handicapped in its
efforts to function properly.
Depression -
I experienced chronic depression, often for no apparent reason.
It would incapacitate me, to where all I wanted to do was go to bed
and curl up in the fetal position. I was sent to a psychiatrist for
a neuropsychological evaluation. I was "vulnerable to automatic
negative thinking". This was accentuated with perceived poor
performances, when they were below my normal. When you know
your normal is severely diminished, it tends to fluster you.
Doctors sometimes tend to blame physical symptoms on depression.
But, in most cases the initial depression is the result of the
physical condition. The human body has sensory units throughout
your body, collecting data about your biological condition. I now
believe that, in most cases, depression is a communication to your
conscious mind regarding the serious biological problems inside
you, which if not addressed will get seriously worse. Then, it
becomes a Catch-22 situation. Eventually science will catch up with
our fast paced realities. As the level of mold fungals in my body
were reduced, so was depression. Now, the only time it touches me,
for an hour or so is the result of a disagreement with a loved one.
I would categorize it more as being 'bummed out' or disappointed,
for an appropriately short period of time. Which I consider to be
normal.
As I reduced the level of accumulated mold fungals in a body
the above symptoms diminished in direct correlation to that
reduction. Periodically when mold intake levels from the
environment increase, I experience the beginning stages of some of
the milder symptoms. I then increase my anti-fungal protocols to
make the symptoms disappear. The jaw tremulation, from mycotoxic
nerve damage, is the only symptom which I have been unable to
totally resolve.
I am intrigued by the mold fungi contents of the African/
Sahara Transatlantic Dust Storms, that periodically blow big
concentrations of dust clouds from the African/Middle East areas,
across the Atlantic to the Caribbean. 200 million to 800 million
tons of soil are transported from Africa to the Caribbean, South
America, and the Southeastern United States each year. They have
gotten so bad in recent years, that they are now announced as
warnings on the Caribbean radio and television stations. Visits to
the doctors and emergency rooms for respiratory problems skyrocket
as a result. Included in these vast dust storms are various
bacteria, virus, and fungi microbes. Even locust and grasshoppers
live through the transatlantic trip. The aspergillus and other
microbial content is correlated to coral dying off in the coral
reefs. The Pacific Trade Winds bring similar Dust Storms across the
Pacific from Asia and the Gobi Desert. This will be discussed in
more detail in those sections, along with links to NASA satellite
imagery of those Dust Storms. I believe this is one possible avenue
for transmission of the Bird Flu to the Americas
